| DEAN COFFEY - Brewmaster
Dean is to Ale Asylum what hops are to beer. Hobbies include reading, biking, blind conformity and ignoring people suggesting he should make a fruit beer. While in college, he began homebrewing because he was too broke to afford good beer and too proud to drink swill. CHRIS RIPHENBURG - Head Brewer Rabid homebrewer turned professional brewer, Chris also enjoys biking, camping, and fixing our mistakes on the computer. OK, perhaps he doesn't "enjoy" that part. He is also the reason our merchandise doesn't suck. BRIAN SCHOOP - Brewer Brian has been with us from moment one, and became a brewer after sacrificing 1/3 his body weight in sweat. Hobbies include making ribs, eating ribs, rib comas and golfing once each summer. It smells like Blue dog in his van. |
